Your reflection is private.

• Account data — your email address, hashed password (or third-party sign-in identifier), and account identifiers.
• Optional profile data — name, nickname, date of birth, birth time, birth location, and sex or gender, only when you choose to provide them to enable personalized symbolic features.
• Saved readings & user questions — tarot, Lenormand, I Ching, relational, and synthesis outputs, along with any prompts, intentions, or notes you submit.
• Payment metadata — handled through Stripe. We never store full card numbers or CVV. We retain only what is needed to manage your subscription (such as customer and subscription IDs, status, and last-4 digits).
• Cookies & analytics — strictly necessary cookies and privacy-respecting analytics. See our Cookie Notice.
• Contact & legal request messages — when you write to us through the contact or legal request forms.
• Technical data — basic request logs and error traces used to keep the service reliable.

Your information is used only to operate Emotional Gravity: authenticating your account, generating personalized symbolic outputs, saving your archive, responding to your messages, processing subscriptions, and improving reliability.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not run advertising profiling. We do not share your reflective content with third parties for marketing purposes.

Personalized readings and reports are produced through symbolic intelligence and applied technology accessed via our processing gateway. Inputs you submit are used only to generate your output for that request and are not used for unrelated training.

Generated outputs are stored in your account so you can revisit them. You can delete any saved reading or report at any time from your archive.

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate:

• Stripe — payments and subscription management.
• Managed cloud backend — secure database and authentication infrastructure.
• Processing gateway — generation of symbolic outputs.

These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service and are bound by their own privacy and security commitments.

Account data and saved content are stored on our managed cloud backend with row-level security policies that limit access to you (and to administrators only when strictly necessary for support or moderation).

We retain your data while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time. Minimal records may be retained when required by law or for fraud prevention.

You can request deletion of your account and associated content through the Legal Contact form (choose "Account Deletion"). We will confirm by email before processing.

• Access — view what we hold about you through your account archive.
• Correction — edit or replace inaccurate information.
• Deletion — remove individual readings, reports, and notes, or request full account deletion.
• Portability — request an export of your saved content.

Emotional Gravity is intended for users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with data brokers or advertisers.
