Premium access is billed monthly and renews automatically until canceled. Full details — including renewal, cancellation, refund, and pricing policy — are described in the Subscription Terms.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing. Your premium access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Previous payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Because premium grants immediate access to digital readings and content, partial or unused-period refunds are not provided.

All written content, frameworks, prompts, software, designs, brand elements, card meanings, and original artwork on this platform are the intellectual property of Emotional Gravity and its creators, and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

Emotional Gravity Tarot — including its deck design, card artwork, and accompanying meanings — was created and is owned by the creators of the Emotional Gravity app. You may not reproduce, redistribute, train models on, or commercially exploit any platform content, including generated readings or reports, without prior written consent.

Personalized outputs you generate are saved to your account for your personal reflective use.

• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract content.
• Do not use the platform to harass, defame, or harm any person.
• Do not submit unlawful, abusive, or knowingly false information.
• Do not use generated outputs to provide professional advice to third parties.

Symbolic outputs are interpretive frameworks. We do not guarantee accuracy, predictive certainty, or any specific outcome from using the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emotional Gravity and its creators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or reliance on any reflective content.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, harm other users, or compromise platform integrity. You may close your account at any time through the Legal Contact form.

We work to keep Emotional Gravity available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may be added, modified, or retired as the platform evolves.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
