Clear billing, easy cancellation.

These terms describe how Emotional Gravity Premium is billed, renewed, and canceled. They apply alongside the Terms & Conditions.
Billing cycle
Emotional Gravity Premium is billed on a monthly basis. Your card is charged at the start of each billing period.
Automatic renewal
Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize Emotional Gravity (through its payment processor) to charge your saved payment method on each renewal date.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your profile or through the secure billing portal. Cancellation stops all future billing immediately.
Your premium access continues until the end of the current billing period you have already paid for. After that, your account reverts to the free tier automatically.
Refund policy
Previous payments are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Because premium access unlocks immediate digital content, readings, generated reports, and symbolic intelligence outputs, we do not provide partial or unused- period refunds.
Canceling stops future charges; it does not retroactively refund previous billing cycles.
Pricing changes
Subscription prices may increase for new users in the future as the platform expands.
Existing subscribers may keep their current price as long as their subscription remains continuously active, unless otherwise disclosed to them with reasonable advance notice.
Payment processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Emotional Gravity does not store your full card details on its servers. Only payment metadata (such as last-4 digits, status, and subscription identifiers) is retained for account management.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, your payment processor may retry automatically. If all retries fail, your subscription will be marked inactive and premium access will end.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Subscription Terms over time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email where possible. Continued use of premium after such changes constitutes acceptance.
